System module
The hardware design of the entire system can be divided into four modules: power supply circuit, minimum single-chip system, motor drive module, and Bluetooth module. The power circuit supplies power to the entire system, including the microcontroller AT89C52, motor drivers, Bluetooth modules, and other peripheral circuits. The power circuit is divided into two parts: (1) connect the external power supply to the motor; (2) use 4 dry batteries as power supply to supply power to the system to ensure the normal operation of the SCM, motor driver, and Bluetooth module. When the power supply circuit supplies power to the system, the green indicator lights, but the current power supply is normal. The minimum system part of the single-chip microcomputer is the intelligent control part of the entire system and is also the core part of the entire system. The motor drive module L298 needs to receive two voltages from the outside, one for the motor and one for the L298 chip.
The minimum system of the one-chip computer is the necessary part when letting the one-chip computer work normally and exert its function, can also be understood as the system that the one-chip computer that can make up with the least one component can work. The AT89S52 microcontroller integrates 256 bytes of program execution space and 8K bytes of Flash memory space on-chip, supporting a maximum of 64K of external memory expansion. On-chip resources have 4 groups of I/O control ports, 3 timers, 8 interrupts, software settings for low-power modes, watchdog, and power-off protection. It can work in a wide voltage range from 4V to 5.5V. The ever-evolving semiconductor process also reduces the power consumption of the microcontroller. At the same time, the SCM supports parallel port download of the computer, and a simple digital chip can be made into the download line. L298N driver circuit design

The L298 is the more common L298N in a 15-pin MulTIwatt package. It also contains a 4-channel logic driver. It is easy to drive two DC motors, or a two-phase stepper motor. L298N chip can drive two two-phase motors, can also drive a four-phase motor, the output voltage up to 50V, can be directly through the power supply to regulate the output voltage; can be directly used by the microcontroller's IO port to provide signals; but the circuit is simple, use comparison Convenience. L298N can accept standard TTL logic level signal VSS, VSS can connect 4.5 ~ 7 V voltage. 4 feet VS connect the power voltage, VS voltage range VIH is +2.5- 46 V. The output current can reach 2.5 A and can drive inductive loads.
